KaoJai.ai, operated by OK Production Co., Ltd., respects your right to request deletion of any personal data stored on our systems. This page outlines how to submit a request and what to expect once it is received.

How to Delete Your Account

Sign in and open your profile settings to review the effect of deletion and permanently delete your KaoJai account and associated personal data. You must confirm the deletion before it is processed. Account deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, request deletion by emailing support@kaojai.ai from the address associated with your account. Provide sufficient details so that we can verify your identity and process the request.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to confirm that you own the account or are authorized to act for the account holder. We will use that information only to verify and process the request.

What Account Deletion Removes

Deleting your account removes your login access, personal profile details, organization memberships, and notification tokens. It also initiates deletion or de-identification of personal data associated with your account across the KaoJai services that processed it.

After deletion is completed, you will no longer be able to sign in or recover the account. Creating a new account later will not restore deleted profile information, memberships, settings, or access.

Processing Your Request

Once your request is verified, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Backup copies may persist for a limited time before being automatically removed.

Where service providers process associated personal data on our behalf, we will take reasonable steps to have that data deleted or de-identified in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations. Retained information will be limited to the purpose requiring retention and kept only for the applicable retention period.
