Use of Service

You may use KaoJai.ai only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for any content you submit and for ensuring that your use does not infringe the rights of others.

Fair Use and Service Limits

We do not charge separately based solely on the number of ordinary business provider accounts connected or the normal volume of inbound and outbound messages. “Unlimited” does not mean unlimited throughput or guaranteed capacity.

Your use must be reasonable for normal business operations and comply with applicable law and third-party provider policies.

You must not use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• scrape the Service or connected platforms;
• generate abusive webhook or API traffic;
• use automated or non-human traffic intended to stress the Service; or
• materially degrade the Service or third-party platforms.

We may rate-limit, queue, temporarily pause, or suspend affected usage when reasonably necessary to protect security, reliability, or platform availability. We will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue where practicable.

Unusually large-scale, multi-business, reseller, or enterprise use may require a separate commercial arrangement.

Connected Providers and Third-Party Services

Connected provider platforms may impose their own fees, policies, technical requirements, and rate limits. You are responsible for maintaining the rights and permissions needed to connect accounts and use their data. We are not responsible for provider restrictions or changes outside our reasonable control.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. KaoJai.ai cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of KaoJai.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
